Joining Instructions and Payment Methods for Membership Fees:
Individual Members £1,000 inc VAT
Principal Members £5,000 inc VAT
SME Members £10,000+VAT
Enterprise Members £25,000+VAT
Method 1: Credit Card Payment
Go via the following link or click on the button and follow the instructions to pay by Credit Card:

Method 2: Paying by PayPal.
Fill in the form with your name & e-mail address and we will send you a link to pay Membership Fee by Pay Pal.
Method 3: BACS or CHAPS
Please send us e-mail: accounts@milamberconsulting.com or click on the Transfer Funds button then enter your name, address, telephone number (and organisation name if you want to do it through a company), and we will send you BACS and CHAPS details with an invoice.
Note Terms: Payment is on receipt of invoice.
Method 4: Cheque
Please make Cheque payable to: Milamber Limited and send to: 2, Pattison Road, London, NW2 2HH.
